1. Acceptance of terms

By using this website or booking a service from Costta's Cleaning Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Services and pricing

We give you a fixed price before we start, based on the size and condition of the property, the service and the schedule. If the property or the work you request is different from what we agreed, we will talk to you before doing anything extra.

Prices and promotions on this website may change, but a change does not affect a price we have already agreed with you. The offer of 10% off your first service is for new clients.

3. Payment

Payment is due when the service is complete, unless we agree otherwise in writing. We accept Venmo, Cash and Check.

4. Access to the property

You can leave a key or a door code, or be home if you prefer. Please make sure we can get in at the scheduled time. Our Cancellation Policy explains what happens when we cannot.

5. The Costta's Cleaning Promise

If something is not right, tell us and we will come back and re-clean that area for free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Costta's Cleaning Services is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or problems caused by poor maintenance before the service.

7. Privacy

We use your personal information only to deliver our services, process payments and communicate with you.

8. Intellectual property

The content, images, designs and text on this website belong to Costta's Cleaning Services or are used with permission. They may not be copied or reproduced without our written consent.

9. Use of the website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not send harmful or illegal material or try to access our systems without authorization.
