Airbnb turnover cleaning is the clean between one guest leaving and the next one arriving, so the home looks the same at every check-in. Your House Book records how you want the home set up, so every turnover ends the same way.
Bedrooms
Used linens stripped, beds made with the clean set you provide, surfaces dusted and floors done.
Bathrooms
Showers, tubs, toilets, vanities, mirrors and floors, with fresh towels set out the way you like them.
Kitchen
Counters, stovetop, microwave, appliance fronts and sink, dishes put away and trash taken out.
Sand and floors
Sand travels at the shore. We pay attention to entries, stairs, outdoor showers' doorways and every floor.
Setup and restock

Why Ocean City rentals need their own plan
Ocean City, NJ has more second homes than year-round residents, by local estimates about 14,000 second homes for about 11,000 people. From May to September, most of the work falls on a few changeover days.
Sand, humidity and full houses are hard on a shore home. Summer weeks often turn over on Saturdays, so we plan those days ahead, and a house in the Gardens or near the Boardwalk gets the same list each time.
We are based in Maple Shade, about an hour away, so we serve the shore on dedicated days. Please talk to us early in the season.
Second homes: season opening and closing
You do not need to rent your shore house for this to matter. You may simply want to arrive and find it ready.
Season opening
The home has been shut for months. We clear the dust, refresh the kitchen and bathrooms, and make the beds so your first weekend starts on the porch.
Season closing
After the last weekend, we clean the home from top to bottom, so it does not sit dirty through the winter.
Between your own visits
Family stays, guests or a long weekend. Book a standard clean for any one of them.
How much does Airbnb cleaning cost in Ocean City?
Turnover cleaning is priced by the home, not by the guest. We look at the bedrooms, the bathrooms and how many turnovers you expect, and then give you a fixed price per turnover, so you can set your cleaning fee with confidence.

Can you clean between a morning checkout and an afternoon check-in?
Yes, when it is scheduled ahead. Share your calendar with us, and we will plan turnovers around it. We do not take same-day or emergency requests.
Do you work on Saturdays and Sundays?
We work Saturdays, which is the main changeover day at the shore. We are closed on Sundays and holidays, so a Sunday checkout would need a Monday clean.
Do you wash the sheets and towels?
Laundry is available as an add-on when there is a washer and dryer in the home. Otherwise, we make the beds with the clean set you leave for us.
Do you only serve Ocean City?
Ocean City is our main shore market, and we serve nearby shore towns on dedicated days. Use the ZIP check on our home page to confirm your address. We also clean rentals closer to home in Haddonfield, Cherry Hill and nearby towns.
Can you clean my own shore house, not a rental?
Yes. You can book us for season opening and closing, or before a family weekend.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry general liability insurance and send a certificate of insurance on request, which helps if you use a property manager.
